Philosophy

Lisa Norén is an artist who works with ceramics & drawings in the rural area of Österlen, Sweden. Lisa runs her atelier and workshop out of her home in a small farm house outside the fishing village Skillinge. The surroundings, where the barren landscape meets the Baltic sea is an always present component and constant influence in her work. Nature and animals are close to Lisas heart.

Lisa has a bachelor degree in fashion design from Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm and received the Swedish Fashion Council scholarship for her graduation project Parallell Dialog.

Besides working with arts and crafts, Lisa is a dedicated practitioner of Ashtanga yoga since many years and a teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Österlen. She is authorized to teach by Sharath Jois, SYC Mysore, India. ashtangayogaosterlen.se
